Fees and Expense Disclosure

My fee for mediation is $200 per hour for actual time spent at mediation. I set side a 2-hour time block, unless otherwise requested.

Payment of the mediation fee is due at the conclusion of the mediation session and shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise determined by law, ordered by the court or agreed.

There is no charge for cancellation or re-scheduling of mediation, if notice to the mediator is received prior to the mediation. If mediator does not receive notice prior to being present at a mediation that is then canceled or re-schedule, a charge for one hour may be assessed.

The first ½ hour of travel time is not assessed. Any travel requirement beyond ½ hour may be charged at the hourly rate. There will be no mileage charge.
